Our Policies
~Five day notice of cancellation is required for refund of deposit less $20 cancellation fee per room booked. If you find you must cancel within five days, you are responsible for the entire cost of your stay. We will happily refund any portion of your stay that we are able to rebook.
~While you may reserve a particular unit, we reserve the right to change your room assignment to a comparable or upgraded room. We will never move you to a lesser room.
~Smoking in the units is absolutely prohibited and will result in a $100 cleaning charge plus any revenue lost as a result of the smell of smoke in a room.
~For the comfort of our allergic guests, pets are permitted in designated units only.
~Guests must be 21 years of age or older to reserve a room. Reservations made for anyone under the age of 21 must be made by a parent or guardian.
~Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM unless other arrangements have been made.
